13) When I have a question, to whom do I talk?

Parents should first contact the classroom teacher to clarify questions. If they still have questions, they should contact the appropriate person:

Mary Harris, Principal – School wide suggestions, ideas, or concerns

Melissa Williams, Counselor – Questions about testing, Gateway, and counseling

Belinda Scott, Instructional Coordinator – Questions about curriculum or textbooks

April Willis School Secretary – Money related issues (fees, reimbursements, fundraisers, etc.)

Tamika Patrick & Bonnie Gillen – Absences, attendance, tardies, homework for ill child, messages to teachers, medication questions, or changes in transportation

Your Child’s Teacher - Academic progress or concerns, playground or peer concerns, report card questions or corrections, volunteering to help

Cafeteria (868-6988) - Questions about individual accounts, special dietary requirements, reservations to eat lunch with your child

Transportation (603-6535) – Overcrowded bus, late bus, child not home when expected, or route information.
